Full-Time Video Content Assistant (CapCut / Short-Form Social Media)

Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Video Content Assistant to help produce high volumes of short-form content for social media platforms.

This role is focused on execution and consistency — not artistic filmmaking.

You will be editing and preparing daily video clips for:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• Facebook
• YouTube Shorts

This is a long-term position with growth potential for the right person.

Responsibilities
• Edit short-form vertical videos in CapCut
• Add captions and hooks
• Format content for social media platforms
• Organize video files
• Schedule posts
• Follow structured workflows
• Communicate progress daily

Work with higgsfield to make abstract B rolls specific for videos. Also learn how to work with my AI clone over time until we are on the same page to what is photo realistic.

Follow a story board to finished product. The production will be faster than post sequence so very good cataloging skill is necessary.

Requirements
• Experience using CapCut
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Organized and consistent work habits
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week)

Compensation
• Starting at 600/month paid weekly 60 day probation period.
