Full-Time TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant

TikTok Shop is launching in the Netherlands and we want to be one of the first brands to fully take advantage of this opportunity. We are looking for a full-time TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant who will help us build and scale our TikTok Shop presence from the ground up.

What you'll be doing
- You will be responsible for supporting and growing our TikTok Shop operations, including:
- Finding, contacting, and onboarding TikTok creators and affiliates
- Managing creator relationships and follow-ups
- Sending product samples to creators and tracking shipments
- Monitoring creator performance and affiliate sales
- Managing TikTok Shop product listings and keeping them optimized
- Researching successful TikTok Shop strategies, trends, and competitors
- Helping coordinate livestreams and creator collaborations
- Tracking commissions, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and performance dashboards
- Working closely with management to improve TikTok Shop performance
- Assisting with general TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations

What we're looking for
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience contacting creators and managing partnerships is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Strong research skills and willingness to learn quickly
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus


What success looks like
- You consistently recruit and onboard new creators
- Samples are shipped quickly and tracked correctly
- Creators actively publish content and generate sales
- TikTok Shop listings remain optimized and up to date
- Performance data is tracked accurately
- You actively identify opportunities to grow sales through creators, affiliates, and livestreams
