We are hiring a full-time Sales Outreach
This role is for someone experienced, organised, accurate, and confident handling sales outreach
You will be responsible for managing B2B lead communication, sending professional
This is not a basic VA role. We need someone with real
**Main Responsibilities:**
1. Handle B2B sales outreach
2. Send professional follow-up
3. Respond to basic enquiries using approved templates
4. Update CRM records accurately
5. Track lead status and follow-up dates
6. Organise lead lists and contact records
7. Prepare daily activity reports
8. Monitor replies and flag important
9. Keep CRM notes clean and detailed
10. Support the sales call team with
11. Check for missing information before updating records
12. Work independently without constant supervision
**Requirements:**
1. Minimum 4 years’
2. Experience must be recent, ideally between 2022–2026
3. Strong written English is required
4. CRM experience is required
5. Experience with sales outreach or lead follow-up is required
6. Good attention to detail
7. Able to write professional business
8. Able to prioritise inbox replies correctly
9. Must be organised and reliable
10. Must have a laptop or desktop computer
11. Must have stable internet
12. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday
13. Must not have another job that affects working hours
