Full Time SEO Content Writer & WordPress Website Manager

We are looking for an SEO Content Writer & WordPress Website Manager to oversee content strategy, SEO optimization, and website management.

Two positions are available as the company runs two websites:

Position one: an established niche (vegan) food website with a primary persona. (More focused on auditing existing posts, improving existing posts, improving google SEO, thorough keyword research, lower volume of new content (but very well researched) and fixing existing issues like broken links, making internal links, improving site speed, generating user engagement with blog comments etc).

Position two: a recently launched women’s lifestyle, beauty, and fashion website. (More focused on building traffic through social media (especially flipboard) and creating a large volume of daily content using AI assisted writing).

The ideal candidate(s) has experience with AI-assisted writing tools, WordPress, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs or SEMrush. This role requires strong research skills, trend awareness, and the ability to manage content from creation to publication.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Calendar Management – Plan, schedule, and manage AI-assisted and original content
SEO & Keyword Research – Use Ahrefs or SEMrush to identify keyword opportunities and optimize articles for search rankings
AI-Assisted Writing & Editing – Refine AI-generated articles and ensure high-quality, engaging content
WordPress Management – Format and publish articles, optimize pages, and maintain site performance
Flipboard & Social Media Content – Manage and curate content for Flipboard, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
Trend Research – Stay updated on viral topics in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle to integrate into content strategy
Organising and managing all content and folders.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO-driven content writing and editing
Strong knowledge of WordPress, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and AI-assisted writing tools
Experience managing social media and content distribution channels
Ability to track and analyze website performance to improve traffic and engagement
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
