Location: Remote (Must Work EST Hours)
Hours: 9am–6pm EST, Monday–Friday — Weekends as needed
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based raises at 6 months based on company growth

We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency with over a dozen active clients and more joining every week. We’re looking for a high-level, full-time Manager to oversee our international, outsourced team of 10–15 employees. This is a key leadership position, and you will be involved in daily operations, client success, and team development.

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a remote team of up to 15 employees
• Conduct daily teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and weekly leadership check-ins
• Report directly to upper management and the owner
• Oversee execution of tasks across:
• WordPress website development
• SEO & Local SEO (GMB, Citations, Onsite)
• Content writing
• Social media and blogs
• General marketing problem solving and task delegation
• Ensure high-quality delivery and accountability across all departments

Must-Have Experience & Skills:
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – You’ll be on daily calls
• 3+ years experience at a marketing agency (required)
• Strong understanding of:
• WordPress and web development
• SEO and Local SEO (GMB optimization, citations, etc.)
• Content writing, blogging, and social media basics
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at once
• Familiarity with tools like Google Business Profile, Ahrefs, Trello/Asana, Slack, etc. is a plus
