The Role
We are seeking a General Insurance Specialist with proven experience in the fire and general insurance sector. This role is ideal for someone who combines in-depth knowledge of general insurance products with strong attention to detail in compliance processes.

As part of our team, you will:
• Apply your insurance expertise to assess and review client documents.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance processes.
• Provide insights on fire and general insurance requirements, practices, and emerging issues.
• Collaborate with compliance officers and clients to support accurate, timely compliance checks.
• Assist in developing and refining compliance frameworks and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities
• Review insurance documents against regulatory standards and company procedures.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of general insurance regulations and industry changes.
• Work closely with clients to support compliance-related queries.
• Contribute to internal audits, reviews, and reporting processes.

Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in General Insurance (fire & general).
• Strong understanding of compliance processes, preferably in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience in checking documents for compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
