Cain Realty Group (CRG) is growing our Success Team and is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support both our home-buying and home-selling clients.
This is a long-term career opportunity with a high-performing, well-established real estate team—not a freelance, side-gig, or short-term contract role.
We are looking for a committed professional who wants to grow with one company and become an integral part of our team.
This Position Is NOT for You If:
You currently work with other clients or employers
You plan to juggle multiple VA roles
You are seeking temporary or project-based work
You do not have residential real estate experience
You cannot provide direct references from previous employers
This is an exclusive, full-time position.
Virtual Professionals employed by CRG may not hold any other VA, freelance, or part-time commitments during employment.
Applicants must be fully available on the start date with no active client obligations.

Who We’re Looking For
We are only considering candidates with at least one (1) year of residential real estate experience.
The ideal candidate has worked as a:
Transaction Coordinator
Listing Coordinator
Administrative Assistant for a Realtor or real estate team
Strong preference for experience in:
Texas real estate transactions
Keller Williams systems and workflows
Experience with Realtors in other U.S. states will be considered, but familiarity with Texas real estate documents and timelines is a major advantage.
Applicants without residential real estate experience will not be interviewed.

Role Overview
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will support our Account Managers by handling critical backend operations, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional client communication and service.
This is a highly technical role requiring strong systems management skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and manage systems for buyers, sellers, database management, and back-office operations
Manage contracts alongside Account Managers through closing
Manage listing processes from pre-listing through contract execution
Monitor timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
Keep Agents and Account Managers informed of issues requiring action
Coordinate pre-listing activities for home-selling clients
Assist the Director of Operations with blog writing and social media posting
Ensure all files and records remain accurate, compliant, and organized

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 1 year residential real estate experience
Professional references with phone numbers from prior employers
Current valid NBI Clearance before start date
Stable internet connection
Reliable backup internet
Reliable power backup
Full availability with no other work commitments
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Rotating Saturday Shift
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (every 2 weeks)
When scheduled for Saturday, you will receive Wednesday off that same week (paid as a full 8-hour day).
