# FULL-TIME PROJECT MANAGER
## MARKETING AGENCY – REMOTE

## ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mighty Mo! Design Co. is hiring a full-time Project Manager to keep our projects moving forward, keep our team aligned, and client confidence in our services high.
This role helps coordinate communication between clients and our internal team, but you will not be expected to handle all client communication alone. You’ll work collaboratively with our designers, developers, and SEO specialists (often on the same client calls) to keep projects organized, clarify next steps, follow up on progress, and make sure work gets completed accurately and professionally.
This is a client-facing role. You must have excellent spoken English and be comfortable talking with clients by phone or video on a daily basis.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, calm under pressure, and desiring to play a leadership role in delivering amazing projects to our clients.

## WHAT YOU’LL DO
### PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Manage multiple active WordPress and website projects
- Collaborate with and assign tasks to developers with clear instructions and deadlines
- Track progress daily and follow up until work is complete
- Keep projects organized in our project management system
- Identify blockers early and escalate when needed
- Help make sure projects move forward clearly and efficiently
### CLIENT COMMUNICATION
- Communicate with clients by
- Listen carefully and understand what clients are asking for
- Explain timelines, next steps, and project updates clearly
- Set expectations around scope, timing, and deliverables
- Pick up the phone and call a client when
- Help clients feel informed and heard, while building confidence in our services
### QUALITY CONTROL
- Review completed work before sending it to clients to make sure it's up to our QA standards
- QA tasks to confirm that delivery matches the client’s request
- Watch for obvious issues, missing details, or unclear communication
- Follow up with the team when something is incomplete or confusing
- Help protect the quality of the client experience
### PROBLEM SOLVING
- Ask thoughtful questions when requests are unclear
- Take initiative when you see something that needs attention
- Make thoughtful decisions that keep projects moving
- Communicate problems early instead of waiting
- Collaborate with our development and design teams to accurately scope client requests

- You'll track your time, but we don't record your screen.

- Excellent spoken English

### BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing web development projects or teams
- Experience working in a web design, marketing, or development agency
- Basic understanding of websites, hosting, WordPress plugins, website QA, SEO, and WooCommerce
