Full-Time Online Technologies Generalist & SEO Content Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to take charge of our online presence. If you love website design, content creation, and SEO—and you’re excited about the latest AI tools—this full-time role might be just the right fit. You'll manage our website using HubSpot, craft blog posts and web pages, and optimize content to help us shine online.

What You'll Do:
Manage and update our website on HubSpot, ensuring it’s both user-friendly and visually appealing.
Write and publish blog posts and web pages that resonate with our audience.
Optimize content with smart on-page SEO tweaks to boost our search engine rankings.
Use modern AI tools to research, generate ideas, and support content creation.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to our online processes and content strategy.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute digital strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in website design, SEO, and digital content.

What We're Looking For:
Solid experience with website management and a good understanding of site structure (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
A knack for writing and editing engaging content for blogs and web pages.
A working knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page optimization.
Familiarity with current AI tools that help drive content research and creativity.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude that isn’t just about following orders but actively improving processes and results.
The ability to work independently in a full-time role.

Communication Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for this position. You will be actively engaging in video calls and collaborating closely with our team, so clear and effective communication is a must.

Compensation:
This full-time role offers a salary range of PHP 30,000 to PHP 60,000 per month (approximately €500 to €1000).
The final offer will depend on your level of experience and specialized expertise, with more experienced professionals or those with niche skills being considered for the upper end of the range.
