Full-Time Next.js Developer (Filipino) — Read Everything

We’re hiring 2 full-time devs (60 hrs/week) to help us vibe-code apps with Next.js. If you skim or paste canned AI answers, you won’t pass.

Must have

Strong Next.js (App Router): server actions, server vs client components, API routes.

TypeScript/JavaScript, Node basics, clean patterns on FE/BE.

Can review AI-assisted code and catch hallucinations/edge cases.

Reliable internet + can overlap a few hours with US Central (CST).

Nice to have

Tailwind + shadcn/ui, Prisma/Drizzle, Postgres.

Twilio/Vapi or phone-number formatting experience.

What you’ll do

Build features fast with our team (we use Augment Code on VCS).

Write small tests, handle input sanitizing (e.g., phone ? E.164) before API calls.

Keep code simple, readable, and bug-free.
