What You’ll Be Doing:
---- YouTube Thumbnails: Design high-converting, scroll-stopping thumbnails that increase engagement.
---- Social Media Graphics: Create attention-grabbing graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
---- Website Mockups (Using Canva): Design website and landing page mockups that align with our brand and marketing goals.
---- Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop animated graphics for social media, ads, website elements, and video overlays.
---- Basic Video Editing (Using Descript): Assist in editing short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and other marketing videos.

What We’re Looking For:
---- Creative & Detail-Oriented – You have an eye for design, composition, and branding.
---- Experienced in Graphic & Motion Design – You’ve created thumbnails, social media posts, website mockups, and animated content before.
---- Proficient in Design & Video Editing Software – Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, and Descript is required.
---- Understands Audience Psychology – You know how to design for engagement, click-through rates, and brand consistency.
---- Deadline-Driven & Organized – You can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
---- US Time Zone Availability – While this is a remote, flexible role, you must be available for meetings as needed in US business hours.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have!):
- Experience with UI/UX design principles for website mockups.
- Understanding of marketing funnels & branding strategies.
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and motion design trends.
