Full-Time Go High Level specialist

## Position Overview

You will be responsible for building and managing marketing systems inside Go High Level, including funnels, websites, email campaigns, automations, CRM management, and social media scheduling.

You will also assist with basic graphic design and video editing to support marketing campaigns.

## Responsibilities

### Go High Level Management

* Build and manage sales funnels
* Create and edit websites
* Set up and optimize workflows and automations
* Configure CRM pipelines
* Manage forms, surveys, calendars, and opportunities
* Troubleshoot GHL issues and provide solutions
* Import/export contacts and manage databases

### Email Marketing

* Create email campaigns and newsletters
* Build email automation sequences
* Set up nurture campaigns
* Monitor open rates, click rates, and conversions
* Improve campaign performance

### Marketing Support

* Understand customer journeys and lead generation strategies
* Assist with campaign planning and execution
* Create landing pages designed to convert leads into customers
* Help improve conversion rates across funnels and campaigns

### Social Media

* Schedule and manage social media posts
* Organize content calendars
* Upload and schedule content across multiple platforms
* Monitor engagement and performance

### Basic Creative Work

* Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
* Edit short-form videos for social media
* Resize and optimize images
* Create marketing assets as needed

## Required Skills

### Must Have

* Strong experience with Go High Level
* Experience building funnels and websites
* Experience creating workflows and automations
* Email marketing experience
* CRM management experience
* Strong understanding of digital marketing
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently

### Preferred Skills

* BASIC Canva
* BASIC CapCut
* Basic Photoshop skills
* Facebook Ads knowledge
