Full-Time Full-Stack Developer | Build AI-Powered SaaS Products

We're looking for a full-time developer to work directly with our CEO to build software products & solutions for our DTC email marketing company.

About Us
Grow By Email is a email marketing company working with 70+ new DTC ecommerce brands monthly. We're now building out the tech side of the business — starting with an AI-powered SaaS platform and expanding into internal tools and new products from there.

The Role:
You'd be our core developer. Our management team will handle the product thinking, strategy, and business logic. You bring it to life.

The first major project is an email strategy platform that connects to tools like Klaviyo, pulls in marketing performance data, and uses AI to generate campaign calendars, flow optimizations, and strategic recommendations for ecommerce brands.

The likely stack: Python (FastAPI) + React (TypeScript) + PostgreSQL + Redis/Celery + OpenAI API.

Beyond this first product, there will be ongoing internal tools and new products to build as the company continues to grow.


Day to Day:
- Work directly with our CEO on product builds from spec to launch
- Build full-stack web applications — backend APIs, frontend interfaces, database design
- Integrate with third-party APIs and AI services
- Make smart technical decisions and take ownership of what you ship
- Use AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to move fast — experience with these is a plus but not required if you're eager to learn

What We're Looking For

- Full-stack development experience (Python and JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
- You've built and shipped real, working applications — not just components or tutorials
- Comfortable working from a product spec without needing your hand held on every decision
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and modern web development
- Reliable, communicative, and someone who takes ownership of their work
- Excited about building products, not just writing code
