Full-Time Flutter Developer (Figma to App, AWS/API Integrations, Admin Dashboards)

We are hiring a full-time Flutter developer to help us build and launch an AI-powered field service management and scheduling app for home service businesses (TWO MONTHS TIMELINE).

This is a serious build with a clear scope, existing Figma, and a signed client. We need someone who can move fast, communicate well, and execute reliably.

### Compensation
- $1,000/month
- Full-time
- Must be available to work on US hours / overlap heavily with US time zone
- Project target: Version 1 completed in about 2 months

### What you’ll be building
You will help build a Flutter app for iOS and Android with:
- Technician-facing mobile screens
- Admin dashboards optimized for tablet/iPad
- Scheduling and appointment management flows
- Estimate / invoice / offer workflows
- Internal job notes with image/file support
- Client CRM, messages, ticket history, and service plans
- Admin controls for jobs, leads, team management, services, follow-ups, and reporting
- Third-party integrations including Twilio, Stripe, QuickBooks, and AWS-backed services / APIs

The scheduling/solver logic itself will be provided via API, but you must be comfortable integrating with systems involving:
- scheduling states
- reassignment / re-optimization
- availability windows
- job priority
- technician assignment logic
- route / shortest-path style operational thinking

You do not need to build the optimization engine from scratch, but you must be able to understand algorithm-driven workflows and integrate them correctly.

### Required skills
- Strong experience with Flutter
- Strong understanding of Dart
- Experience building production-quality iOS + Android apps
- Able to convert Figma designs into polished, accurate UI
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with AWS-connected applications
- Experience with authentication, forms, uploads, state management, and role-based app flows
- Comfortable building responsive tablet/iPad admin layouts
- Familiar with third-party integrations such as:
- Twilio
- Stripe
- QuickBooks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quickly

### Nice to have
- Experience with field service, dispatching, CRM, job management, or scheduling apps
- Experience with performance optimization and production deployment
- Experience using rapid-development AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and similar tools to speed up delivery without sacrificing quality

### Important
This is not a beginner role.

We need someone who:
- can work independently
- can think through workflows carefully
- asks smart questions
- pays attention to detail
- understands how to ship fast without creating a mess
- is comfortable working with an existing scope and moving immediately
