Job Responsibilities:

Develop an AI Telemarketing Agent: Build a sophisticated application that automates 1,000+ outbound calls per day and engages leads via voice, SMS, and email.
Integrate Multi-Channel Communications: Implement voice call handling with services like Twilio (or Asterisk) along with SMS and email follow-ups.
Real-Time Lead Qualification: Design and implement systems to identify high-quality leads in real-time and enable seamless hot transfers to a call center.
Webinar Integration: Develop functionality to invite leads to evergreen webinars (e.g., via WebinarKit) and manage registration processes.
Follow-Up Scheduling & CRM Integration: Create systems to schedule follow-up calls and ensure all interactions are logged and updated in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
End-to-End Application Development: Collaborate on system design, coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring a robust and scalable solution.
Maintain Documentation & Code Quality: Write clear documentation and maintain best coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in backend development (Python, Flask/Django, or Node.js) and experience with REST APIs.
Telephony & Communications Integration: Experience integrating telephony systems (Twilio, Asterisk, or similar) and handling STT/TTS processes.
Conversational AI: Familiarity with conversational frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, or LLM integrations such as OpenAI’s GPT).
CRM Integration: Proven experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, SuiteCRM, etc.) via API.
Full-Stack Development: Ability to integrate front-end interfaces (if needed) with backend services.
Scalability & Performance: Experience building applications that can scale to handle high volumes of interactions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
