Full-Time Creative Designer - AI Design Team

JOB OVERVIEW
Life's A Pitch (LAP) is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling graphics for early-stage businesses. Key deliverables include PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, websites/landing pages in Figma, and video/motion graphics. This is a general design role with the opportunity to contribute to an exciting and dynamic team. We're looking for someone who brings a strong blend of creative vision and technical execution and who's excited about working with AI-assisted design tools.

With our expertise in creating unique, creative and compelling business narratives we assist early-stage companies in growing via marketing, sales and financing initiatives. We serve clients globally across a broad range of sectors, predominantly with a technology focus.


ABOUT YOU & YOUR ROLE
You have contemporary creativity and a sharp eye for detail. You're comfortable designing across formats from pitch decks to social posts to landing pages and you bring a consistent level of polish to everything you produce. You're a self-starter who can take a brief and run with it, but also collaborative when working alongside the team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI-Integrated Content Design — Apply latest design tools to enhance visual storytelling and streamline production workflows across design and video content. We provide training and can teach you Claude Design, Figma etc
• Multimedia Presentations — Create compelling PowerPoint and Figma presentations and diverse visual and marketing materials tailored for our wide range of clients.
• Design Web Pages — Design websites and landing pages in Figma with a focus on clear, communicative design.
• Marketing Collateral — Produce a broad range of collateral materials — LinkedIn media posts, social media graphics, lead magnet layouts, email graphics.
• Branding & Visual Communication — Select format, typography, photography, and/or illustrations for the most effective means of communicating client messaging to their audiences.
• Collaborative Project Development — Work independently and/or with other tea ---------- mbers in developing projects, which includes originating concepts, choosing media, setting realistic timeframes, and completing projects on agreed deadlines.
• Project Management — Follow projects from creation to final product, including proof reviews and client approvals.


WHAT YOU”LL LEARN
You'll get exposure to some of the exciting tools and workflows we use, such as:
• Cursor IDE — AI-assisted development and design workflows
• Claude Co-work — advanced AI collaboration for design iteration and concepting
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) — connecting AI tools to design systems
• Code Tokenization — understanding design-to-code pipelines
• AI Design Tooling — using AI for rapid ideation, asset generation, and layout iteration


REQUIREMENTS

Must Have
• Proven experience in graphic and web design, especially using Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid skills in PowerPoint and tools like L ----------
• Exposure to or interest in AI creative tools (e.g. MidJourney, Krea)
• Strong visual instincts with a focus on usability and clarity
• Able to manage multiple projects and switch contexts quickly
• Comfortable working solo or in collaborative team setups
• A portfolio that shows both creative flair and technical execution
• A strong commitment to learning and professional development


Contract Specs – Timing, Hours & Pay
• Experience Level Intermediate
• Full Time - Monday to Friday
• Preferred schedule 8 am to 5 pm PHT - Flexible working arrangements
• Hours/Week: 40
• Duration: Ongoing
• USD $1,000/month
