JOB OVERVIEW

We are a commercial cleaning company looking for a **full-time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter** to call business leads and book qualified walkthrough appointments for our sales team.

This is a long-term role for someone who is confident on the phone, organized in GoHighLevel, and motivated to earn more based on performance.

### Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to businesses from provided lead lists
* Introduce our commercial cleaning services using a script
* Ask qualifying questions about facility type, cleaning needs, current provider, and contract timing
* Identify pain points and book qualified walkthrough appointments
* Send follow-up emails and SMS through GoHighLevel
* Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows
* Update lead status, notes, tags, and follow-ups in the CRM
* Send simple daily reports on calls, conversations, appointments, and feedback

### Requirements

* Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or SDR work
* Experience using **GoHighLevel**
* Strong spoken English
* Confident, professional, and friendly on calls
* Comfortable making **60–80 outbound calls per day**
* Organized and able to update CRM notes in real time
* Able to follow a script while sounding natural
* Positive attitude and comfortable handling rejection
* Must work during **U.S. business hours with Eastern Time overlap**

### Success Metrics

* 60–80 dials per day
* 12–20 qualified walkthrough appointments per month
* Low appointment no-show rate
* Clean and accurate CRM records
* Clear communication on lead feedback and objections

### Compensation

* Base Pay: **$640/month**
* Bonus: **$20 per qualified appointment that actually holds**
* Commission: **5% of the first month’s contract value** for contracts over $2,500/month that come from your appointments
