Full-Time Assistant – Strategy Tester

I'm looking for a reliable full-time assistant to help me test different strategies and approaches.
The work changes often — it's not the same task every day. One week you might be testing a new tool or process, the next something completely different. So I need someone curious, flexible, and quick to learn.
What you'll do:

Test various strategies and report back on what works and what doesn't
Take on different tasks as they come up
Stay organized and communicate clearly

You should be:

Comfortable with constantly changing tasks
A fast, independent learner
Reliable, with good written English
