Job Title: Appointment Setter – HVAC (Homeowner Outreach) | US-Based Hours

The Role
We're hiring an experienced appointment setter to call homeowners and book free in-home estimates for new HVAC system replacements. You'll be working from a list of leads (web inquiries) — this is not cold calling from a phone book. Your job is to get the homeowner on the phone, build quick rapport, confirm they're a fit, and lock in a time for one of the comfort advisors to come out and provide a free estimate.
What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to US homeowners (50–100+ dials per day)
Follow our proven script while sounding natural and conversational
Qualify homeowners (homeownership, system age, decision-maker present, etc.)
Book confirmed appointments into our CRM
Send confirmation texts/emails and do reminder calls the day of
Respond to homeowners messages
Hit weekly appointment-setting targets
Once weekly training sessions with the rest of the team
Log every call and outcome accurately

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

2+ years of outbound calling experience (appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales — home services experience is a big plus)
Excellent spoken English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent — US homeowners need to feel comfortable on the phone with you
A friendly, confident phone presence — you can handle "no" and rejection without losing energy
Strong objection-handling skills (we'll train you on our specific rebuttals)
Reliability — you show up on time, every shift, and don't disappear
Experience with dialers/CRMs (e.g., ServiceTitan, HouseCallPro, GoHighLevel) is a plus

Equipment Requirements (must have your own):

Reliable computer
Noise-cancelling USB headset
Strong internet connection
Quiet workspace — no background noise, roosters, kids, or street sounds during shifts
