Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual looking for a long-term role in a dynamic e-commerce team? We’re searching for a full-time Amazon Virtual Assistant to help manage our Amazon operations. Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Salary: $800/month
Trial Period: Paid trial for the first two months
Salary Increase: After successfully completing the trial, your salary will increase by 25% to $1,000/month
Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Inventory & Logistics Management – Track stock levels, coordinate restocking, and work with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Order Processing & Customer Support – Handle orders, refunds, returns, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Amazon Account Maintenance – Keep listings up to date, monitor order status, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with manufacturers and shipping partners to guarantee timely deliveries.
Data Management & Reporting – Organize and track records in Google Sheets/Excel, analyze performance, and suggest optimizations.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement – Identify challenges and proactively present solutions to enhance efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
Amazon Seller Central Experience – At least 1 year of experience preferred.
Strong Organizational & Time-Management Skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent Communication Abilities – Comfortable interacting with customers, suppliers, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel – Essential for tracking inventory and analyzing reports.
Independent Problem-Solver – Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when challenges arise.
