Full-Time Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant — Store Operations + Software Testing (Long-Term)

A US-based Amazon FBA business is hiring a full-time, experienced, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for a long-term role with two parts:

FBA store operations — running day-to-day operation of an Amazon Seller Central account: product research, inventory and shipment monitoring, order tracking, listing housekeeping, supplier coordination, and keeping clean records of decisions and outcomes. The role values execution of store vs product sourcing.

Software testing — using internal business software and giving clear, structured written feedback on what works, what's confusing, and what breaks. Full details provided after hire under a confidentiality agreement.

This is a single-operator environment. Reliability, follow-through, and careful record-keeping matter more than speed. This is a stable, long-term position for the right person.

You must have:

-Hands-on Amazon FBA / Seller Central experience (your own or a client's account)
-Familiarity with product research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)
-Strong written English and clear communication
-Attention to detail and the discipline to follow a process exactly
-Reliable internet and the ability to work full-time during agreed hours; comfortable with Hubstaff time tracking

Nice to have:

Experience launching or sourcing products in competitive categories
Experience writing simple process notes or test feedback

Paid Assessment for Finalists:

Shortlisted finalists are invited to a paid practical assessment (Amazon product/keyword research judgment), expected to take up to 3 hours. You will be compensated at your published hourly rate or a minimum of $10/hour, whichever is higher. The assessment must be completed manually, using your own judgment — no ChatGPT or other AI tools.
