Full-Time AI Developer Assistant (ChatGPT + Cursor + SaaS)

We are hiring a full-time AI Developer Assistant to help build, maintain, and improve real SaaS applications.

You will work directly with the founder on live production systems used by real customers.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow into a strong developer using AI tools.



About the Role

This is NOT just a learning role.

You will:
• Work on real applications
• Fix real bugs
• Ship real features
• Deploy to live servers

We move fast and expect consistent daily output.

What You’ll Do
• Use ChatGPT + Cursor to generate and fix code
• Build features (frontend + backend)
• Debug and fix bugs
• Work with APIs (REST, webhooks, JSON)
• Maintain existing SaaS applications
• Use GitHub (commits, branches, pull, push)
• Deploy updates to AWS EC2 servers
• Manage basic server tasks (restart apps, check logs)
• Test your work before submitting
• Provide updates throughout the day
• Be available on chat during work hours (Pacific Standard Time)



Deployment & Infrastructure (IMPORTANT)

You will be working with live servers.

Basic experience REQUIRED:
• SSH into servers (EC2)
• PM2 (start/restart apps)
• Pull latest code from GitHub
• Basic Nginx awareness (reload/config)
• Manage .env files

Bonus:
• Postgres basics
• Reading logs and debugging crashes



Tech Stack
• JavaScript / Node.js
• React (basic)
• APIs / JSON
• GitHub (REQUIRED)
• ChatGPT / Cursor (REQUIRED)


Requirements

You MUST:
• Have basic JavaScript knowledge
• Know how to use ChatGPT or AI tools for coding
• Be comfortable with GitHub
• Have basic AWS / server experience (SSH, deploys)
• Be reliable and responsive
• Be a fast learner
• Follow instructions exactly
• Communicate clearly in English



Do NOT Apply If
• You cannot work full-time consistently
• You respond late or disappear during work hours
• You don’t test your work
• You have never used SSH or deployed to a server
• You rely on AI but don’t understand the code


Work Schedule
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Must work during U.S. daytime (PST)
• Must be available on chat during work hours


Salary
• $400 – $600/month (based on experience)
• Paid weekly at the beginning
• Opportunity for raises based on performance
