Full-Stack WooCommerce WordPress Developer: $8 to $10 per hour

We are a US-based web design and digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Full-Stack WooCommerce WordPress Developer (7+ years experience) to join our growing freelance team.

You’ll help build, customize, and optimize WooCommerce websites, integrations, and performance features for a variety of client projects. Strong performers may be considered for a long-term or full-time role.

???? Responsibilities:

+ Build and maintain WooCommerce WordPress websites end-to-end

+ Develop custom WordPress plugins from scratch based on project needs

+ Customize and extend existing plugins and themes

+ Implement responsive, user-friendly front-end layouts

+ Integrate third-party APIs and external platforms

+ Support AI integrations (including ChatGPT-powered features where applicable)

+ Optimize website performance, scalability, security, and UX

+ Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers

+ Occasionally lead or coordinate other freelance developers on projects

? Key Qualifications

Required:

+ 7 years WordPress development experience

+ Strong WooCommerce expertise (including shipping/payment integrations)

+ Full-stack proficiency: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL

+ Custom plugin and theme development experience

+ API integration experience (RESTful services)

+ Strong debugging, performance optimization, and security practices

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

+ Elementor experience

+ AI / ChatGPT API integration experience

+ SEO best practices knowledge

+ Experience managing remote development teams
