We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Web Developer to join our team, someone skilled in handling both front-end and back-end development, from custom coding to working with different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and improve websites and web applications tailored to project requirements.
- Develop scalable, user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and meet business goals.
- Optimize websites and applications for speed and performance.
- Adapt to a variety of project requirements, whether using platforms or creating custom solutions.
- Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
- Research and implement new technologies or tools to improve website performance and user experience.
- Develop reusable templates and components to streamline future projects.
- Conduct regular code reviews to identify and fix potential issues or inefficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose enhancements for existing systems.
- Generate regular reports on website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to interpret analytics data, implement updates or features that align with business goals, and brainstorm innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns or website features.
- Test and optimize website features for cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Strong back-end development experience with languages such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Familiarity with version control systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a remote work setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
