Full-Stack SaaS Developer for Directory Website MVP

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer for Directory Website MVP (SaaS)

Project Overview:

We're looking for a skilled full-stack developer to take our partially built directory website (front end approximately 75% complete) and transform it into a fully functioning MVP SaaS product. This project will serve as a proof-of-concept and help establish the foundation for a larger platform.

Tech Stack:

- Front End: Next.js, TypeScript, ShadCNUI

- Back End: Node.js with Supabase for database management

- Additional Tools: Docker containerization (optional), CIC pipeline to Vercel free tier likely fine

- Data: several source files prepared as sample data to put in

Project Scope: Add & Enhance

- Finalize Front End: Polish UI components and complete profile and promoted profile enhancements.

- Backend Integration: Connect remaining features to Supabase,

- Programmatic SEO: implement as basic location, plus per profile level (none, premium with location, page with maps/reviews)

- Caching 

- Profile listing enhancements (basic, premium, promoted)

- SaaS membership / billing integration - supastarter framework available

- Google intagrations: maps api and google business listing and reviews for promoted profiles)

- Refine data access patterns, test security, test profile performance

Testing & Deployment: Ensure the platform is production-ready for an alpha release, with room for revisions, and can be deployed to vercel free tier, with good CIC setup.


Project Details:

- Duration: 10-day (or 1-week focused) project

- Compensation: Approximately $1,000 for the project (or equivalent daily rate)

- Work Environment: Remote, with clear documentation and daily check-ins to ensure progress and alignment

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in building SaaS products and integrating modern web technologies

- Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js

- Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms

- SaaS development experience

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic

- Ability to work independently and deliver within a tight timeline
