Full-Stack SEO Strategist

Chadix is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and results-driven Comprehensive SEO Specialist to join our remote team. We're looking for a true SEO all-rounder who can confidently manage and execute strategies across the entire SEO spectrum – from deep technical audits and on-page optimization to strategic link building and local SEO management.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on SEO campaigns designed to significantly increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions for [our company website / our diverse portfolio of clients]. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact business growth. We need someone who doesn't just talk about SEO, but does SEO effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Content Gaps, Competitor Analysis).

- Develop, prioritize, and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Perform in-depth keyword research, analysis, mapping, and intent identification.

- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and URL structures.

- Implement on-page optimization tactics (metadata, headers, content optimization, E-E-A-T signals).

- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, mobile-friendliness, security, etc.).

- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for local search visibility.

- Develop and execute ethical and effective off-page SEO strategies (link building, citation management, outreach).

- Monitor, analyze, and interpret SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and leading SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

- Create clear, insightful, and actionable SEO reports for stakeholders.

- Stay rigorously up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.

- Collaborate with content, development, or marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.


**Required Qualifications & Skills:**

- Proven Experience: Minimum [e.g., 3-5+] years of hands-on experience in a dedicated SEO role with a portfolio showcasing demonstrable results (e.g., traffic growth, ranking improvements, conversion increases).

- Holistic SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding and practical application of technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and local SEO.

- Tool Proficiency: Expertise using essential SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Screaming Frog (or similar crawler), and at least one major platform like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable SEO tactics.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex SEO issues and develop effective solutions.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for reporting and collaboration.

- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable diving into website backends, source code (for analysis), and understanding technical SEO concepts deeply.

- Reliable Infrastructure: Stable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
