Full-Stack React + Salesforce Developer (Contract ? Full-Time) — Fintech / Private Lending

Australian non-bank private lender. We fund residential and commercial loans through warehouse trusts and run an in-house technology platform built on React, Supabase, and Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud + Finspectra).
Engagement: Starts as a contractor (remote, AU business hours overlap preferred). Strong performers transition to a full-time role within 3–6 months.

What you'll do
You'll join a small, fast-moving build led by our MD. You'll own real features end-to-end across a suite of internal apps — a credit workbench, sales CRM, broker portal, executive dashboards, and a public website. Day one priorities:

Diagnose and fix Salesforce ? Supabase sync issues (Finspectra fsCore__ objects, lending applications, customers, collateral, decisions, checklists)
Extend existing React apps — new features, polish, performance, bug fixes
Build new modules within the monorepo following our established patterns
Wire up integrations (Microsoft Graph / SharePoint, Salesforce REST/Bulk APIs, Azure Document Intelligence)

Must-have skills

3+ years React (hooks, state management, component architecture). We use React 18 + Vite, inline styles with shared design tokens, no Tailwind, no router — state-based nav
Strong PostgreSQL and Supabase experience — RLS policies, migrations, PostgREST, JSONB columns, auth (Azure AD OAuth + MFA aal2)
Salesforce integration experience — REST API, SOQL, Flow, Financial Services Cloud or any managed package (Finspectra a big plus)
Comfortable reading and extending a codebase of 2,000–3,000 line files without breaking things
Excellent written English — you'll work async with the MD via PRs and chat

Nice to have

Netlify Functions, Puppeteer / headless Chromium for PDF generation
Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint document storage
Australian financial services or private credit domain knowledge
Experience with Salesforce Flow, round-robin assignment, lead triage
