Full Stack Engineer (Contract / Part-Time) – Climate Fintech MVP

We’re building a climate-first impact investing app for everyday people. Our platform empowers users to invest in public companies and climate projects aligned with their values—backed by ESG data, AI-powered insights, and a clean, intuitive experience.

We're early-stage, bootstrapped, and laser-focused on getting our MVP into the hands of users in the next 90 days.

What You’ll Build
We’re looking for a full stack engineer to help us ship our first version. You’ll work directly with the founder (15+ years product & AI experience) and bring to life a streamlined platform that includes:

Firebase/Auth0 login & onboarding

Investment goal selection + user dashboard

API integrations (Plaid, AWS, Finnhub)

Climate Impact Portfolio Scoring and Dashboard

Backend infrastructure + DB setup (MongoDB/PostgreSQL)

Simple, beautiful UI with React or Next.js (mobile first)

Your Skill Set
You’re a generalist who can move fast, collaborate well, and ship clean code. Ideally, you:

Have built and deployed at least one full-stack app from scratch.

Have worked and are familiar with AWS Bedrock.

Are comfortable with Node.js, React/Next.js, and Firebase

Have worked with REST APIs, OAuth, and external fintech integrations (Plaid)

Know your way around MongoDB

Bonus: familiarity with Apex Clearing, ESG data
