JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
I’m looking for a strong full-stack developer who can help me take dozens of AI-built mobile applications from “mostly built” to fully published on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Over the past year, I’ve turned a large number of ideas into working mobile apps using Rork, an AI-powered “vibe coding” tool. I am not a developer, and while the apps exist and many have backends, they are at different stages of completeness.

Some apps need:
Minor cleanup and configuration
Others need:
Backend improvements
API integrations
Payments
Authentication
Testing
App store compliance and publishing
This is far beyond my technical capabilities, and I need a developer who can take the lead, evaluate each app, and guide it through the remaining steps one app at a time.

What You’ll Be Working With
Apps built in Rork (AI-generated code)
GitHub repositories for each app
Existing infrastructure, including:
Apple Developer Account
Google Play Developer Account
Supabase
Resend
Vercel
APIs (varies by app)
A large backlog of apps ready to be reviewed, fixed, and shipped
You will not be starting from scratch — but you will be dealing with AI-generated code, which requires judgment, cleanup, and real engineering skill.

Primary Responsibilities
???? App Review & Technical Leadership
Quickly review and understand app code from GitHub
Identify what’s missing, broken, or incomplete
Explain next steps in plain English
Help prioritize which apps to publish first
???? Full-Stack Development
Backend fixes and improvements
API integrations
Authentication flows
Database work (Supabase)

Email
flows (Resend)
Deployment and environment setup (Vercel or similar)
???? Payments & Monetization
Implement payment systems where needed
Subscriptions, one-time payments, or freemium models
Ensure app store compliance for payments
???? Testing & Stability
Functional testing
Identify edge cases
Fix crashes and blockers
Ensure apps meet Apple and Google guidelines
???? App Publishing
Prepare builds for iOS and Android
Handle TestFlight / internal testing
Submit apps to:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Resolve rejections and feedback
Help document a repeatable publishing process

What This Role Is NOT
???? Not a “just follow instructions” job
???? Not greenfield-only development
???? Not a design role
???? Not a single-app project

This is a hands-on, problem-solving, leadership role.

Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal if you:
Are comfortable working with imperfect or AI-generated code
Can jump into unfamiliar codebases quickly
Enjoy finishing and shipping products
Are calm with ambiguity and changing requirements
Can explain technical decisions to a non-technical founder
Like the idea of shipping many apps, not just one
You should be comfortable saying:
“Here’s what this app needs next, here’s why, and here’s how long it will take.”

Required Skills & Experience
? Strong full-stack experience
? Mobile app experience (iOS + Android)
? Comfortable reviewing GitHub repos quickly
? Experience with:
APIs
Authentication
Databases
Payments
Deployment pipelines
? Ability to work independently and take ownership
? Clear communication skills

Strongly Preferred (But Not Required)
? Experience cleaning up AI-generated code
? Experience with Supabase
? Experience with Vercel
? App Store & Google Play submission experience
? SaaS or consumer app background

Work Structure & Compensation
Paid hourly or per-app (open to discussion)
Start with one app as a trial
Long-term work available (many apps waiting)
Flexible hours, results matter more than time

How to Apply (IMPORTANT)
To apply, please include:
A short introduction about your background
Your experience with mobile apps and full-stack development
Examples of apps you’ve shipped (App Store / Play Store links if possible)
Your hourly rate or preferred pricing structure

Answer this question:
How would you approach reviewing and finishing an AI-generated app you didn’t build yourself?
Applications without this answer will not be considered.

Why This Role Is Unique
Real apps already built — not ideas on a napkin
Dozens of opportunities to ship products
Freedom to lead technically
No micromanagement
Potential for long-term partnership as more apps launch

If you’re a developer who enjoys shipping, fixing, and finishing, and you’re excited by the challenge of turning AI-generated apps into real products, I’d love to hear from you.
???? Apply and tell me how you think.
