Full Stack Developer – Magento & Zoho Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong, systems-minded Full Stack Developer to manage, develop, and maintain our internal and customer-facing platforms.

This is a full-time, in-house role responsible for:
-Maintaining and enhancing our Magento website
-Developing and optimising Zoho applications and automations
-Building internal systems and tools
-Improving workflows through smart technical solutions
You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the technology backbone of the business.

Key Responsibilities

-Magento Website
-Maintain and improve our Magento platform
-Implement new features and functionality
-Optimise performance, security, and integrations
-Troubleshoot issues and manage updates

Zoho Systems & Automation
-Customise and optimise Zoho applications
-Build and maintain automations and workflows
-Develop integrations between Zoho and other systems
-Improve reporting and data accuracy

Internal Systems Development
-Design and develop internal tools and applications
-Improve operational efficiency through smart system design
-Create scalable solutions for growing business needs
-Maintain documentation and system integrity

What We’re Looking For
-Strong experience with Magento (frontend & backend)
-Experience working with Zoho (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator, etc.)
-Ability to build and manage automations
-Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
-Experience developing internal business applications
-Strong problem-solving mindset
-Technically savvy with strong systems thinking
-Ability to work independently and take ownership
