Full Stack Developer (Laravel + Next.js)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Laravel and Next.js, and be comfortable working across the entire stack to deliver modern, high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Laravel and Next.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, and strategy
• Build, test, and optimize backend APIs and frontend user interfaces
• Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and optimization
• Use Docker to streamline development and deployment processes
• Commit code regularly to GitHub and maintain clean, documented repositories
• Maintain version control workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
• Quality Assurance - checking your code is of the highest priority.

Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Advanced knowledge of Laravel, including REST APIs, Blade, queues, and jobs
• Strong experience with Next.js, React, and modern frontend development practices
• Proficiency with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker for local development and deployments
• Strong understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Webflow, and Framer
• Familiarity with headless CMS implementations
• Knowledge and experience implementing scroll-based animations and interactions
• Previous experience working in a creative or digital agency setting
• Understanding of performance optimization for web applications
