???? About the Project
We're building Lake Pass, a modern SaaS platform for marinas and private boat owners to manage their boat fleets, handle online bookings, automate payments, and comply with legal and safety protocols.

Think: OpenTable for boats + Stripe for rentals + CRM for marinas.

We’re early but serious — you’ll be taking over a functional prototype and helping bring the full MVP to life.

???? Responsibilities
Build the core backend and frontend for the Lake Pass MVP

Implement user dashboards for renters and marina admins

Integrate Stripe for secure payment processing and money splits

Build a boat listing & availability system

Set up emergency contact flow for on-water safety

Optimize performance, polish UI, and prepare the platform for public demos

?? Tech Stack
You don’t have to use this stack exactly — but this is where we started:

Frontend: Angular (or React if you prefer and can migrate fast)

Backend: Node.js, Express

Database: MongoDB

DevOps: Docker, NGINX reverse proxy

Payments: Stripe (with split payouts)

Version Control: Git + GitHub

? You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have built and launched a SaaS product (ideally booking or marketplace-related)

Can move quickly and independently

Understand multi-tenancy and white-label architecture

Think like a product builder, not just a code executor

Communicate clearly and provide progress updates proactively

Care about user experience and clean architecture

???? Bonus Points If You:
Have worked with Stripe Connect or similar payout systems

Have experience with marina, boating, or rental industries

Understand safety-first systems (emergency access, compliance)
