Full Stack Automation Developer — CRM & Workflow Systems (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Automation Developer who excels at building the connective tissue between business systems. You will manage our Airtable-based CRM, design advanced automation workflows, and develop full-stack web applications from scratch.

This role is ideal for someone who can code, automate, and deploy—owning both development and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management (Airtable)
- Act as the primary architect for our Airtable-based CRM
- Develop custom scripts (JavaScript), formulas, and interface extensions
- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across high-volume databases

Workflow Automation (n8n)
- Design and build advanced automation workflows using n8n
- Integrate platforms such as DocuSign, Gmail, and Slack via APIs and webhooks
- Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency

Full Stack Development
- Build internal and external applications using React & TypeScript
- Develop backend services using Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI)
- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces for internal tools
- Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment
- Deploy and manage applications on GCP (preferred) or AWS
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
- Monitor performance and maintain server health

Requirements:
- 3 years experience in full-stack development or similar role
- Strong experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make, including custom JavaScript logic
- Deep expertise in Airtable (Scripting, Automations, API integrations)
- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind or MUI)
- Backend: Node.js or Python (API development)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and Linux servers
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- Database experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and highly organized
