Full Stack Architect / Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

L ---------- is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Architect / Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications and compliance management platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building modern, secure, and scalable full stack solutions while collaborating closely with business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into high-quality software products.

This role requires strong experience in frontend development, backend architecture, database design, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and software scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable full stack web applications
Architect secure and high-performance backend systems and APIs
Build responsive frontend applications with modern UI/UX practices
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead technical architecture discussions and development planning
Design database structures, workflows, and system integrations
Develop REST APIs and third-party integrations
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Mentor junior developers and guide technical teams
Participate in deployment, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure activities
Troubleshoot application issues and implement long-term solutions
