Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Frontend React Developer to modernize our application's user interface. This role involves rewriting our current RShiny frontend to a high-performance React application. You will develop a data-rich dashboard with complex charts, tables, and analytics integrations, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the frontend of our application using React.
- Build reusable components and implement complex UI features.
- Integrate with our backend REST API (Python FastAPI).
- Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using TypeScript.
- Collaborate with other developers and the tech lead to define project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues.

Skills:
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with TanStack React Query for data fetching and caching.
- Experience with TanStack Table (or similar) for building interactive data tables.
- Experience with charting libraries such as Highcharts/Highcharter.
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for styling.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with RShiny is a plus.

Bonus Points:
- Experience with Shadcn UI.
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Zustand, Jotai).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
