Hello, my name is Aidan. I have spent years building startups from concept through funding and exits. I founded Kindled Growth, a Fractional CTO consultancy that helps founders scale technology to match the business. I am hiring my first full-time Frontend Developer to work closely with me on modern systems for startups and small businesses. You will join early as a trusted teammate with room to learn, earn, and grow.

## Your Role
Extend our Laravel TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Livewire, Laravel) and evolve our front end in React and possibly Vue. Ship startup-grade products: internal dashboards, ecommerce interfaces, and API-driven tools. Move fast, stay self-reliant, and communicate clearly.

You’ll thrive if you:
- Have strong React skills (Vue a plus) and build modern, responsive UIs.
- Are comfortable in Laravel apps and full-stack architecture.
- Work confidently with APIs and back-end integrations.
- Use or are eager to use AI dev tools (Windsurf, Cursor).
- Collaborate via GitHub with clean branches and PRs.
- Can align with US hours during launches when needed.
- Communicate proactively in excellent English.
- Manage tasks independently and raise blockers early.
- Keep learning and improving your craft.

## Tools
Laravel, TALL Stack, React, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Figma, Windsurf/Cursor, GitHub, REST/GraphQL APIs.

## Availability
At least 3–4 hours overlap with US Pacific time during launches or sprints.
