Front-end web designer (Tailwind + Laravel + Livewire)

We are looking for an **expert** front end designer who can code and implement design changes independently. No Figma files here!

Should be experienced with Laravel, Tailwind, LIvewire, and Alpinejs.

The site is entirely already built. It was just build by back-end developers. We need someone with solid front-end skills.

Responsibilities:
- Upgrade from Tailwind v3 to v4
- Polish our current design while carefully understanding our target market and business goals
- Cleanup messy or redundant classes
- Re organize our component library so names are logical and minimize code duplication
