Position: Mid-Level to Senior Front-End Developer
Type: Remote/Freelance, Per Project Basis
Experience: 3+ years in WordPress development

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced front-end developer with strong WordPress expertise who can create engaging, responsive websites while maintaining high development standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress, page builders, and custom theme development.

Key Responsibilities

- Create responsive and animated websites using GSAP
- Implement designs from Figma using page builders (Elementor, Divi) and develop custom WordPress themes and functionality
- Ensure website performance and optimization
- Maintain clean, documented code
- Collaborate with designers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced WordPress development experience
- Expertise with Elementor and other page builders
- Proficiency in GSAP for animations
- Custom WordPress theme development skills
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- Cross-browser compatibility expertise

Nice to Haves But Not a Must

- Webflow development experience
- Experience with React, Vue.js, or Next.js
- Full-stack capabilities including database integration
- Experience with REST APIs
- Portfolio of WordPress projects
- Understanding of UI/UX principles

Project Basis Details
- All designs and copywriting for projects will be provided on Figma
- Looking for ongoing collaboration on various projects on freelance basis
- Flexible scheduling based on project requirements
- Potential for long-term partnership

Payment details:
- We pay either per project or per page basis
- We currently pay 20- 50 USD per page of development, depending on complexity of the page. If you charge more than this, you are still welcome to submit.
