Front-End UI/UX Designer (Angular or Modern Web Framework)

We’re a fast-growing dental group based in the U.S. with a 15-person team in the Philippines supporting operations, technology, and growth. Our engineering team builds internal tools that drive clinical, financial, and operational success — including payroll systems, note-taking tools, financial dashboards, and more.

We're looking for a front-end designer who combines strong UI/UX instincts with the technical chops to implement clean, responsive designs using modern web technologies like Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

This role will work closely with our senior backend developers and company leadership to turn complex workflows into elegant, intuitive interfaces.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement frontend interfaces using Angular (or React, Vue, etc.)

Translate user and stakeholder needs into clean, modern web designs

Improve the usability and accessibility of our internal tools

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data

Build responsive layouts that work across browsers and devices

Take ownership of UI consistency across the platform

Iterate quickly based on internal feedback from a hands-on leadership team

Tech Stack You'll Interact With

Frontend: Angular (preferred), React, or Vue — your call

Templating: Jinja2, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (existing system)

Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or similar (up to you)

Backend (you’ll be integrating with): Python, Flask, Google App Engine, SQL Server APIs

Deployment: CentOS servers, Nginx, Gunicorn (handled by backend team)

Version Control: Git

You Might Be a Fit If You:

Have 3+ years of experience designing and building modern web UIs

Are fluent in Angular, React, or another component-based JS framework

Have a strong eye for design — and can back it up with working code

Can translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive UX

Are comfortable working remotely and communicating in English

Prefer collaboration over ego, and clean code over clever hacks

Are located in the Philippines and can overlap with U.S. time zones when needed

Bonus Points For:

Experience designing for internal tools or admin dashboards

Comfort working with REST APIs and dynamic data

Familiarity with accessibility best practices

Experience with healthcare or business operations platforms
