Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages with a strong emphasis on design aesthetics and functionality.
Crypto-Focused Branding: Develop designs and layouts that align with the unique branding needs of projects in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
Responsive Design: Ensure all websites and landing pages are fully responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
UI/UX Integration: Implement best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to enhance user engagement and retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure the website meets project goals and communicates key messages effectively.
Optimization: Perform regular testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure fast loading speeds and smooth user experiences.
Trends & Innovations: Stay updated on design and development trends, particularly in the crypto and blockchain industry, and incorporate them into projects.
Requirements:

Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing crypto-focused or visually innovative projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or Vue.js).
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly for blockchain-based or fintech platforms.
Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts, trends, and terminology.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
