Freight Brokerage Operations Assistant

Compensation
$150 per week (paid weekly)

Performance Bonus:
1.5% commission on the net profit of loads you help dispatch or source carriers for and will increase as you grow with the company.

This performance bonus is designed to reward tea ---------- mbers who actively help move loads efficiently and support successful shipments.

Interstate Logistics Partners LLC is a growing U.S.-based freight brokerage that connects businesses with reliable transportation providers across the United States.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help support our daily logistics operations. This role will assist with dispatching loads, posting shipments on load boards, onboarding carriers, and handling back-office logistics tasks.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone interested in working in the freight and logistics industry and growing with a fast-moving brokerage.

Responsibilities

Post available loads on load boards such as DAT or Truckstop

Help locate available trucks for shipments

Assist with dispatching loads to carriers

Communicate with carriers regarding load details and scheduling

Send and organize carrier packets and onboarding documentation

Verify carrier authority, insurance, and company details

Maintain accurate records of carriers, shipments, and load status

Track shipments and provide updates when needed

Assist with email communication with carriers and partners

Support general back-office logistics operations

Requirements

Strong English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Basic experience using spreadsheets and email

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience working with freight brokers or dispatch companies

Familiarity with load boards such as DAT or Truckstop

Experience dispatching carriers

Experience onboarding carriers and verifying insurance

Experience using CRM or transportation management systems
