Freight Broker- Fully Remote

We’re seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Dispatcher with a strong background in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate understands both sides of the operation — building loads and managing dispatch — while maintaining strong relationships with shippers and carriers.

Drayage experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers

Dispatch loads efficiently and communicate with drivers throughout transit

Negotiate freight rates and manage the full shipping cycle

Source reliable carriers using load boards and internal network tools

Track, trace, and update shipment status in real time

Ensure on-time pickup and delivery with proactive communication

Maintain organized records in TMS and CRM systems

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Dispatcher

Experience with LTL, FTL, and expedited freight

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Stable, high-speed internet connection (required for remote work)

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
