The Role:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who recognizes the benefits of consistent, stable work over the unpredictability of freelancing. Many professionals in the Philippines pursue freelance opportunities, believing they offer greater financial rewards. However, the reality often means periods of underemployment, with freelancers struggling to find work for half of the year. At Ocaye, we provide stability and continuous work through 2025, seeking dedicated teaUpgrade to see actual infombers rather than transient freelancers.

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative user interfaces using Figma that align with our commitment to innovation.
• Develop distinctive logos and branding for Ocaye and our portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on website design and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Contribute fresh, original ideas and actively participate in strategic discussions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma and other graphic design software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work in UI design, logos, and website design.
• Ability to work creatively and autonomously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
