We are looking for a freelance video editor to edit short-form real estate listing walkthrough videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

This is ongoing work for a growing real estate media company.

Editing Needs
* Edit short-form property walkthrough videos
* Create engaging pacing and flow
* Add cinematic cuts and transitions
* Sync footage to music
* Add captions/text overlays when needed
* Add b-roll and detail shots naturally
* Color correct and enhance footage
* Add smooth speed ramps, zooms, and motion when appropriate
* Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
* Export vertical 9:16 videos optimized for social media

Style We’re Looking For
* Clean, cinematic real estate edits
* Modern social media pacing
* Luxury/high-end feel when appropriate
* Professional edits focused on viewer retention
* Not overly flashy or over-edited

Requirements
* Experience editing real estate videos preferred
* Experience editing short-form social media content
* Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut preferred
* Strong understanding of pacing and music syncing
* Reliable internet connection
* Must have your own Dropbox account
* Ability to meet deadlines consistently
