Freelance Short-Form Video Editor Needed (Talking Head Content)

We are looking for a freelance video editor to edit short-form talking head videos for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

This is ongoing work for real estate and business-related content.

Editing Needs
* Edit engaging short-form talking head videos
* Cut filler words, pauses, and dead space
* Improve pacing and retention
* Add captions/subtitles
* Add music, sound effects, and transitions when appropriate
* Add b-roll, zooms, punch-ins, and motion graphics
* Create clean, modern, high-retention edits
* Export vertical 9:16 videos optimized for social media

Style We’re Looking For
* Clean, engaging edits
* Strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
* Retention-focused pacing
* Professional but not overly flashy
* Similar to modern real estate/business creators on Instagram and TikTok

Requirements
* Experience editing short-form social media content
* Strong understanding of viral/retention editing
* Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut preferred
* Must have reliable internet
* Must have your own Dropbox account
* Fast communication and reliable turnaround times
