Freelance Senior Presentation Designer Needed (Airline RFP Project)

Project Overview

Our company is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to help transform existing strategic content into a polished, visually compelling presentation deck for an airline RFP opportunity.

We have the core content, messaging, and presentation structure already developed. We're looking for a talented designer who can elevate the visual experience, strengthen the storytelling flow, and create a polished, professional presentation that feels modern, clean, and executive-ready.

This project involves presenting innovative packaging concepts and solutions for a commercial aviation opportunity. The ideal designer understands how to transform existing content into a visually engaging presentation through strong layout design, typography, visual hierarchy, and presentation storytelling.

Future Opportunities

While this is an immediate project with a fast turnaround, we're also looking to build relationships with talented presentation designers for future work.

Our company regularly develops proposal decks, RFP responses, sales presentations, pitch decks, packaging concept presentations, website mockups, and executive-level marketing materials for clients across a variety of industries.

For the right designer, this project may lead to ongoing freelance opportunities throughout the year.

What We're Looking For

You are:

• An experienced presentation designer with a strong portfolio of polished, professional decks
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to take existing content and transform it into a visually engaging presentation
• Strong in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and presentation storytelling
• Comfortable working within an established brand direction
• Detail-oriented and responsive to feedback
• Available for collaborative review sessions and revisions

Ideal Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:

• Executive presentations
• RFP or proposal presentations
• Corporate pitch decks
• Product or packaging concept presentations
• Airline, hospitality, travel, luxury, or consumer brands

Scope

• Approximately 30 slides
• Content and presentation structure will be provided
• Designer will be responsible for visual design, layout refinement, visual storytelling, and presentation polish
• Up to two rounds of revisions included
• Final deliverable provided in Google Slides/Powerpoint format with editable source files

Project Timeline

This is a fast-turn project with a firm deadline.

Availability Requirements

• Available for a live Zoo ---------- eting with our team on Monday
• Friday availability is preferred for an initial kickoff session
• Monday availability is required at the latest
• Available for revisions and collaboration throughout the project
• Final deck due Wednesday, June 10 at 9:00 AM ET

This project rate reflects the tight turnaround. Ongoing projects will be scoped and priced individually.
