Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Freelance Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on the overnight shift. This role involves managing scheduling activities, communicating effectively with candidates, and ensuring a high level of engagement through strategic outreach. If you are a night owl with excellent organizational skills and a passion for meeting targets, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute scheduling tasks for a diverse set of candidates.
Ensure at least 225 text messages are sent weekly to qualify for bonuses.
Aim to meet and exceed weekly scheduling targets, with tiered bonuses reflecting your achievements.
Maintain consistent engagement with candidates and team members to facilitate successful placements.

Requirements:
Proven experience in scheduling or a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working overnight hours.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high standards.
