Freelance Graphic Designer

About the Role:
We are a growing digital publishing company that produces high-quality digital workbooks, guides, and printable PDFs for online courses and e-learning businesses.

We’re expanding our creative team and hiring multiple graphic designers to create professional, visually appealing PDF workbooks.

If you enjoy layout design, pay close attention to detail, and want consistent, long-term freelance work, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing digital workbooks (20–60 pages) using your preferred professional design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Affinity, or similar)
- Following brand guidelines, templates, and content briefs provided by our team
- Producing clean, well-organized, and visually balanced layouts
- Ensuring on-time delivery (usually 1–3 days per workbook)
- You’ll receive clear project instructions, ready-to-use content, and ongoing support from our project managers.

Pay and Benefits:
- Pay per project: Approx $30 USD per workbook depending on the workload (Approx 20–60 pages)
- Average designer earnings: $500–$1,000+ per month consistently (depending on output and speed)
- Bonuses: Additional pay for exceptional quality or early delivery
- Work schedule: Flexible and fully remote
- Growth path: Opportunity to move up to Senior Designer or Design Team Lead roles
- This is stable, ongoing work — not a one-time project.
- Possibility of transitioning into part time or full time with 13th month pay and PTO

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in graphic design for print or digital documents (PDFs, eBooks, workbooks, etc.)
- Attention to detail and consistency across pages
- Reliable internet connection
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Able to meet project deadlines (typically 1–3 days per workbook)
- Experience with e-learning materials, printables, or publishing layouts is a plus.
