Your Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Freelance Editor for User Acquisition Short-Form Video Ads to join our distributed team. You’ll mainly edit high - retention, high - conversion videos for TikTok/YouTube. And your superpower is turning raw footage and scripts into polished, scroll - stopping content that keeps viewers engaged from the first 3 seconds to the very end.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit at least 15 short - form user acquisition videos per week for TikTok and YouTube Shorts algorithms (we’ll provide clear briefs, raw footage, and scripts to get you started)
- Polish visuals, pacing, and transitions to create seamless, scroll-stopping content that maximizes watch time and engagement
- Collaborate remotely with our creative team, iterating quickly based on feedback to ensure every video is optimized for performance

Who You Are:
- Native English speaker with exceptional visual storytelling skills and a versatile creative eye for detail.
- Proven experience editing viral short-form content (please include portfolio links and performance data/retention metrics in your application).
- Deep understanding of TikTok/YouTube algorithms, audience psychology, and how to maximize watch time through seamless pacing and transitions.
- Ability to translate raw footage and scripts into polished, scroll-stopping videos that align with business goals (B2B or B2C background welcome).
- Short-form ad editors who have experience in optimizing user acquisition videos (we'll give priority to it).
- Strong self-management skills—you can deliver quality work independently without micromanagement.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI, etc.) is a plus but not required. Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to enhance editing efficiency and creativity.
