Kreativ Kollectiv is an Australian-based company delivering smart, tailored digital solutions for clients across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. We’re looking for an experienced freelance CRM developer to join us on an ongoing basis, handling regular monthly tasks and projects.
This is not a salaried role. Instead, you’ll work with us as a contractor, paid per completed item or milestone.

Role Overview
We’re building custom CRM systems for creative industries, accessibility-focused sectors, and more. One of our core systems (built on CodeIgniter) is about 90% complete and needs both finalisation and ongoing feature development.
We're also exploring AI integration within our CRM projects to boost automation, analytics, and UX. Experience in this area is highly valued.
On top of CRM work, we’re looking for someone who can build WordPress plugins and develop web or mobile apps to support broader client needs. This includes custom development and lightweight tools, dashboards, and functionality enhancements.

What You’ll Do
• Finalise and extend an existing CodeIgniter-based CRM.
• Help architect and develop a new, modular CRM system.
• Build WordPress plugins and custom applications as needed.
• Integrate APIs, third-party platforms, and web services.
• Ensure strong performance, security, and clean code.
• Contribute ideas and improvements—especially around AI use cases.
• Collaborate with our team remotely and document your work thoroughly.

Structure & Payment
• Freelance, ongoing work—expect regular tasks each month.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in CRM development and back-end architecture.
• Skilled in PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter).
• Front-end comfort with TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Highcharts.
• Solid experience in API integration, DB management, and secure systems.
• Familiarity with cPanel or Plesk and basic server tuning.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems without hand-holding.
• Bonus: experience integrating AI into business systems.
• Clear communication and reliable delivery in a remote team setup.
